     自动环缝焊机的工作原理

  不同的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接形式,如熔化水平(ping)气体保护焊(han)(han)(han)和等(deng)(deng)离子(zi)焊(han)(han)(han)接,自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)环缝(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)广泛应用于管(guan)道阀门、管(guan)道法兰、液压(ya)设(she)备、锅(guo)炉、汽车零(ling)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)、仪表、工(gong)程机(ji)械(xie)等(deng)(deng)加工(gong)制造领域。根据不同的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接要(yao)求,自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)环缝(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)机(ji)的(de)结构(gou)可分(fen)为:立式自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)环缝(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)机(ji)、卧式自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)环缝(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)机(ji)和焊(han)(han)(han)接定位器。该结构(gou)可分(fen)为两部(bu)(bu)分(fen):机(ji)械(xie)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)和控(kong)制系统。机(ji)械(xie)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)包(bao)括(kuo)定位夹紧装置(zhi)(zhi)、驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)装置(zhi)(zhi)和焊(han)(han)(han)接装置(zhi)(zhi)。控(kong)制系统包(bao)括(kuo)主控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、操作(zuo)系统部(bu)(bu)分(fen)、工(gong)业处(chu)理器、光耦、电子(zi)感应传感器,实现焊(han)(han)(han)接过程的(de)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制,机(ji)械(xie)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)执行(xing)通过步进(jin)电机(ji)、气动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制等(deng)(deng)驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)装置(zhi)(zhi)完成(cheng);辅助(zhu)控(kong)制部(bu)(bu)件(jian)等(deng)(deng)。

  自动环缝焊接主(zhu)机采用卧(wo)式结构。它主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)底座、主(zhu)轴(zhou)箱和旋转(zhuan)驱动电机、夹具(ju)、焊手动微调横(heng)梁、尾架、顶升油缸和电气控制系(xi)统组成。

  1.底座机构支撑(cheng)整套设备。槽钢和钢板焊接完成后,进行(xing)退火(huo),然后进行(xing)高精度(du)加工,以确保主(zhu)轴箱的旋转中心(xin)与尾架(jia)的旋转中心(xin)重合(he)(同轴度(du)φ0.5),确保焊接精度(du)。支架(jia)机构可调节(jie),以适应不同直径和长度(du)的工件。

  2.主(zhu)轴(zhou)箱旋(xuan)转(zhuan)装置(zhi)由电机通过减速器驱动(dong)(dong),使工(gong)(gong)件(jian)旋(xuan)转(zhuan)。调(diao)试系(xi)统采(cai)用(yong)无(wu)级调(diao)试,具有过电流、过电压、过转(zhuan)矩保(bao)护。自我保(bao)护功(gong)能强大,可确保(bao)免维(wei)护使用(yong);法兰与旋(xuan)转(zhuan)装置(zhi)连接(jie)(jie),其端部为(wei)可拆卸的铜片,提(ti)供焊(han)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地。尾架采(cai)用(yong)车床结构(gou),可通过手动(dong)(dong)推动(dong)(dong)沿轨道(dao)方向(xiang)移动(dong)(dong),以适应不同长度工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的焊(han)接(jie)(jie)。尾架通过螺钉(ding)锁定(ding)固定(ding)。

  3.工(gong)(gong)装夹具能夹紧(jin)工(gong)(gong)件,并满足(zu)旋转轴线重合的要(yao)求,实现所(suo)有自动环缝焊(han)缝的焊(han)接(jie)。

  4.气动(dong)系(xi)统采用(yong)(yong)ARTAC公(gong)司的(de)气动(dong)元件(jian),性能稳定、可靠、稳定。焊枪的(de)手动(dong)微(wei)调机构用(yong)(yong)于(yu)预焊准备,焊枪的(de)手工(gong)微(wei)调机构用(yong)(yong)于(yu)焊接准备,以使(shi)焊枪与(yu)焊接位(wei)置对齐。

  5.电气(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)统采用(yong)进(jin)口PLC可编(bian)程控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制器作为主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)单元(yuan),操作界(jie)面采用(yong)工业人机界(jie)面控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制,具(ju)有直(zhi)观、操作简单、人性化的(de)(de)优点(dian);配套焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)主(zhu)机、焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)电源等(deng)专(zhuan)用(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)设备(bei)。控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)统有两套控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制功(gong)能(neng):手动调(diao)节和自动焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。手动调(diao)整功(gong)能(neng)实(shi)现(xian)所有自动焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)前的(de)(de)准(zhun)备(bei)调(diao)整动作和补焊(han)(han)(han)功(gong)能(neng)。自动焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)功(gong)能(neng)实(shi)现(xian)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)过(guo)程的(de)(de)自动完成。各部(bu)分由(you)电源供电,完全隔离,控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制精度高,动作可靠,稳定性好。该设备(bei)可实(shi)现(xian)单枪自动焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)和双枪自动焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie),并具(ju)有焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)修复功(gong)能(neng)。
